Day 10: Mrbarba Service
After doing the first part of the mission with Pastor Kenneth in Ntungamo, we set out on a day of traveling to reach Kampala (where we would finish the mission), but we stopped here in Mrbarba to give a service to the church. Our host, Evangelist Evard was anticipating our visit and in prayer for us to come. God is a good God who answers prayers. Although we did not have much time, we where able to refresh our spirits under a powerful anointed service, give the message, dedicate 18 children to the Lord and finally meet some of our brothers and sisters face to face. It was such a tremendous blessing. Glory be to God! We are in prayer to return again in the future.

Después de hacer la primera parte de la misión con el pastor Kenneth en Ntungamo, emprendimos un día de viaje para llegar a Kampala (donde terminaríamos la misión), pero paramos aquí en Mrbarba para dar un servicio a la iglesia. Nuestro anfitrión, el evangelista Evard, estaba anticipando nuestra visita y en oración por nosotros. Dios es un buen Dios que responde a las oraciones. Aunque no tuvimos mucho tiempo, pudimos refrescarnos el ánimo bajo un poderoso servicio ungido, dar el mensaje, dedicar 18 hijos al Señor y finalmente encontrarnos cara a cara con algunos de nuestros hermanos y hermanas. Fue una bendición tremenda. ¡Gloria a Dios! Estamos en oración para regresar nuevamente en el futuro.

For the glory of the Lord we dedicated 18 children to the Lord in this service. Unfortunately, due to the lack of time we had to be there, we where not able to give out the certificates. So we filled the certificates out (all except the children's names) and stamped them with the church stamp before the service. We left the certificates with brother Evard and he handed them out to the parents the following Sunday service. Here is the photo's he sent me for that...

Para la gloria del Señor, dedicamos 18 niños al Señor en este servicio. Desafortunadamente, debido a la falta de tiempo que tuvimos para estar allí, no pudimos entregar los certificados. Así que llenamos los certificados (todos excepto los nombres de los niños) y los estampamos con el sello de la iglesia antes del servicio. Dejamos los certificados al hermano Evard y él los entregó a los padres el siguiente servicio dominical. Aquí está la foto que me envió para eso ...

We have sent money before meeting Evard for him to purchase some Bibles for the church (click link button below to see). While we where there, we where able to donate to those in the service who didn't have one except for a few people. So we left a offering for Evard to purchase the Bibles and give to them later. He also gave these Bibles (and more then the pictures) on Sunday with the certificates). Glory be to God. Please keep them in prayer as they still need many Bibles as the church keeps growing.

Hemos enviado dinero antes de reunirnos con Evard para que compre algunas Biblias para la iglesia (haga clic en el botón de enlace de abajo para ver). Mientras estuvimos allí, pudimos donar a aquellos en el servicio que no tenían uno, excepto por algunas personas. Así que le dejamos una ofrenda a Evard para que comprara las Biblias y se las diera más tarde. También entregó estas Biblias (y más que las fotos) el domingo con los certificados). Gloria a Dios. Por favor manténgalos en oración ya que todavía necesitan muchas Biblias a medida que la iglesia sigue creciendo.
